• Cakes are made from quality ingredients.  It's important that you know what you are paying for in a cake.  Many cakes that you buy are from pre-made box cakes.  There's a big difference between my cakes and some of the "great deals" that you may see in the supermarket.  Our cakes are entirely made from scratch and are Much LARGER than Grocery store cakes.  Some bakers use cheaper ingredients and have a "production line" approach to making cakes.  Our cakes are guaranteed to be freshly baked and homemade while still designed to fit your special occasion.  We use REAL butter in our cakes and buttercream icing, making our confections taste absolutely delicious! 
  

• When discussing your cake and cake designs, you will always be dealing with the person who will build and decorate the cake.  I am the owner, baker, and decorator of Confection Perfection, and I will make sure that your cake is specially designed for your unique occasion.  I will use the specific ideas that you wish to incorporate into the cake when designing it.
  

• Wedding Cakes: A down payment is required to reserve the date for your wedding.  Wedding cakes will be delivered and set up at the reception site for a minimal charge.  We will also cut the cake for a very small fee.  If you order a wedding cake from Confection Perfection, your cake will have my full attention.  We want your beautiful cake to be the focal point of your reception.  Contact us about a sample wedding cake tasting.
